Born and raised in Belton, Ricci Douglas is a fifth-generation Bell County resident with a lifelong connection to the community she calls home. She graduated from Belton High School, attended Temple College and Stephen F. Austin University, and then returned home. Her love for the community has only grown over the years.
Her family’s involvement in real estate goes back generations. Her mother was a real estate broker, builder, and investor in the Bell County area, and her father owned a local construction company. That family experience shaped the care she brings to her work with clients.
Ricci helps buyers and sellers through each stage of a transaction, making time for their questions and keeping them informed as decisions and deadlines approach.
Family, community, and life beyond real estate
Family is at the heart of Ricci’s life. She has two children and one grandchild, and is proud to see the family’s real estate tradition continue through her daughter, Lauren, who opened Kolibri Realty & Property Management.
Outside of work, Ricci enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and attending church. She is grateful to call Bell County home and to serve the people and community that have meant so much to her family for generations.
