Compare the places you could call home
You do not need to choose a town before speaking with Lauren. Begin with the places you need to reach and what you want to come home to. A few well-chosen visits can make a broad Central Texas search much easier to understand.

Give each visit a real destination
In Belton, start with Nolan Creek or the UMHB campus. In Temple, explore the Santa Fe district and the route to your workplace. Salado’s Main Street gives you a way to see the village before touring nearby homes.
Compare the same day in different places
Choose an ordinary errand and somewhere you would enjoy spending time. Make those trips from the homes you are considering. Then compare the layout and grounds with the same priorities in mind.
If Killeen is on the list, make any Fort Hood route specific to your destination. For a lake-area home, visit the park or launch point you would use. Keep an open mind about the city name while you learn which addresses work.
Turn your observations into a shortlist
Tell Lauren which places felt practical, what you enjoyed and where you would be compromising. Temple, Belton and Salado are Kolibri’s primary areas; other locations need address-specific confirmation. The next step is to compare actual homes with those preferences in view.
